Home and Away viewers in the UK haven’t even been introduced to Kerrie Matheson yet, but over in Australia, the villain has already fallen out with her kids Harper and Dana, and clashed with Tane Parata.

Kerrie (portrayed by Sara Wiseman) turned up in Summer Bay in an attempt to prove that she has changed. However, her daughters soon realised that she is just as much of a manipulative liar as she was when they were children.

After her true nature was exposed, Kerrie is told she isn’t welcome and asked to leave, but she decides to pursue another option: revenge.

In scenes airing Down Under over the next few days (via TV Week magazine), Kerrie targets Tane once again, after previously claiming that he is an unfit father. Except this time, she goes so much further.

Kerrie breaks into Tane’s house and sneaks into baby Archie’s room, slipping a bag of white powder into his cot.

She then anonymously tips off the police, who turn up the next morning to search the property for drugs.

Jo, who was in bed with Tane when the police banged on the door, can’t believe her father, Sergeant David, would even believe that about Tane.

Cash Newman tries to keep the situation calm, but David soon comes out of the house, bag of powder in hand, and promptly arrests Tane.

Can Tane’s innocence be proven, or will Kerrie ruin his life out of her sheer pettiness?

Home and Away drops new episodes on weekdays at 6am on 5’s streaming service with a 6.30pm screening on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7Plus.

Coronation Street’s Jodie Ramsey is finally caught out in her twisted scheme to take over Shona Platt’s life. Shona is shocked when she hears her sister lying about baby Harper, but will Jodie be able to talk herself out of trouble?

In upcoming episodes, David and Shona anxiously watch as their daughter is prepped for her important operation. Jodie encourages the Platts to support the couple at the hospital, as they await any updates about Harper.

However, when the doctors reveal that Harper has suffered a minor bleed, terrified David lashes out at his family and sends them all home.

Before she leaves, Jodie gives David a long hug which is witnessed by another mum on the ward. The woman assumes David and Jodie are Harper’s parents, but will Jodie play along?

Later, David and Shona watch helplessly as their baby recovers from her surgery. As they head home for the day, they see their worried family still waiting in the car park for news.

The next day, the other mum sees Jodie in the hospital again and asks how Harper is doing. Slipping into her fantasy role, Jodie begins to discuss ‘her daughter’s’ operation.

But after carelessly chatting away, Jodie realises Shona is standing right behind her, listening to every word. Will she be able to manipulate the situation, or has Shona finally discovered her sister’s scheme?

“Jodie has been playing games for a while now – but this is the first time things haven’t gone her way,” our Corrie source explains. “Nothing seems off-limits to Jodie, as she’s meddled in Shona’s home life and has considered making a play for David.

“But when Shona overhears Jodie’s very strange comments, will alarm bells start to ring?”
